1 Goddess Bagalamukhi, also known as Pitambara is one of the ten Mahavidyas, who is worshiped extensively in northern regions of India.
2 There is well-known temple called Pitambara Peeth dedicated to this powerful goddess in the ancient city of Datia, Madhya Pradesh.
3 Along with Goddess Bagalamukhi, the ashram also has a temple devoted to Goddess Dhumavati.
4 Not much people know this but this temple is the most active center of Tantric Sadhanas which are the mysterious traditions in India.
5 The Tantric Tapasvis (practitioners) believe that the Baglamukhi Mantra is the most powerful one to attain strength and control over enmity feeling of the opponents.
