Mongolian judge questioned for 2nd time over allegations of sexually harassing S. Korean flight attendant

The chairman of Mongolia's Constitutional Court has been questioned for the second time by Korean police over allegations of sexually harassing a South Korean flight attendant last week.
The chairman reportedly claimed he was drunk at the time and can't remember what happened.

The head of the Mongolian Constitutional Court Dorj Odbayar was questioned for the second time on Wednesday, over allegedly groping a South Korean flight attendant during a flight from Ulaanbaatar to Incheon last week.
Odbayar is also alleged to have verbally abused a Mongolian member of the flight crew during the same flight.
The chairman was arrested while traveling through Incheon International Airport on Wednesday morning and taken to the police station in Incheon where he was questioned for around 9 hours.
During questioning, he said that he was drunk at the time of the incident and can't remember what happened.
Odbayar had previously been questioned last Friday at Incheon Airport.
At that time, he reportedly said that a different Mongolian person who sat at the back of the plane had groped the flight attendant.
He was then released after claiming he had diplomatic immunity.
It was only after his release that the police consulted with the foreign ministry and found out that Odbayar does not qualify for immunity.
Police have barred Odbayar from leaving the country.
A related official from the Korean Airlines refused to give an official comment due to the sensitivity of the issue.
