Pyazi Machli:
Ingredients:

Fish 750gm

Turmeric 1 tsp

Red chili powder 2 tsp

Sliced onion ½ kg

Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Coriander powder 2 tsp

Chopped green chilies 4-5

Mustard oil ½ cup

Chopped tomatoes 3

All spice powder 1 tsp
Method:
Marinate fish in salt, 1 tsp red chili, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp lemon juice. Heat ¼ cup mustard oil on high flame then cool down and add onion then cook till it gets brown. Now add cumin seeds, salt, red chili, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, tomatoes and cook gravy well. Fry fish separately and add it to the gravy. Add ¼ cup mustard oil with green chilies, lemon juice, all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes on low heat and serve.

Bhagaray Chawal:
Ingredients:
Soaked rice 2 cups

Oil ¼ cup

Cardamom 3-4

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Green chilies 2

Fried onion 3 tbsp

Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil then add cumin seeds and cardamom and let it splutter. Then add green chilies and fried onion. Add soaked rice with rice water and let it cook. Then add salt. When one thread of rice is left then let it simmers. Serve with shorabay walay aalu.

Shorbay walay Aalu:
Ingredients:
Sliced potatoes ½ kg
Oil ¼ cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tomatoes (pureed) 2 medium
Tomato paste 1tbsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp (for garnish)
Sliced green chilies 2
All spice powder ½ tsp

Method:
Heat oil then add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Then add potatoes and fry. Now add salt, red chili, turmeric, tomato puree, tomato paste and cook well. Then add enough water so that potatoes get completely dips and cook till it gets tender. At last add all spice powder, green chilies, chopped coriander and serve.
