Potato Wedge Cheese Pie:

INGREDIENTS:
Whole Potatoes 500 gm
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
For Cheese Sauce:
Butter 1/3 stick
Plain flour 1/3 cup
Whole milk 2 cup
Sour cream 2/3 cup
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Jalapenos (chopped) 2
Cheese (grated) 1 ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the potato wedges and boil for 5 minutes. Then fry with salt and paprika.
For the cheese sauce, sauté flour in a butter. Then add milk and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Now add sour cream, tomato paste, half cheese and half jalapenos. Cook until it becomes thick. Now in a baking dish add cheese, cheese sauce and jalapenos. Then arrange potatoes and baking until golden brown.

Chicken Aalu Ka Qorma:

Ingredients:
Onion (fried & crushed) ½ cup
Chicken ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 1 cup
Qorma Masala 1 packet
Potato 3
Ginger for garnish
Clarified butter ½ cup

Direction:
Heat clarified butter add chicken and potatoes. Fry well. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook well. Now add qorma masala, cook well until the chicken and potato becomes tender. In the end add fried chopped onions, cook well and serve with ginger.
