Khatty Meethy Aalu:

Ingredients:
Boiled baby potatoes ½ kg

Tamarind pulp ½ cup

Jaggery 2 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Crushed red chili 1 tsp

Crushedcoriander seeds 2 tsp

Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp

Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Chopped green chilies 2

Green coriander ½ cup

Oil ½ cup

Method:
Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste then add potatoes and fry them as well. Now add cumin seeds, crushed red chilies, turmeric, coriander, salt, green chilies and cook. In last add jaggery and tamarind pulp. Then garnish with green coriander and serve.


Achaari Gosht:

Ingredients:
Boiled beef 750gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Chopped tomatoes 5
Oil ½ cup
Salt to taste
Crushed coriander seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
Green chilies 6-8
Yogurt 1 cup
All spice powder 1tsp
Chaat Masala 1tbsp
Nigella seeds 1tsp
Fennel seeds 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1tsp

Method:
Mix chaat masala with 1 tbsp yogurt and fill it in green chilies. Cook beef with ginger garlic paste. Then add tomatoes, crushed red chilies, coriander, turmeric and cook till tomatoes get soft. Whisk yogurt and add it to the beef. Then add nigella seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and cook well. At last add green chilies, all spice powder and cook for 2 minutes on low heat and serve.
