Masala Qeema:
Ingredients:
Beef mince 500 gm
Oil ½ cup
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1tsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 2 medium
Lemon as required
Ingredients for Dum:
Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Sliced onion 1
Julienne ginger 1 tbsp
Green chilies 5
All spice powder 1tsp
Paratha for serving
Method:
Heat oil and add whole all spice. When aroma comes then adds mince, ginger garlic paste and cook well. Now add tomatoes, crushed red chilies, crushed coriander, turmeric, salt, lemon and cook. When mince get tender and water gets dries then add dum ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with paratha.

Nauratan Sharbat:
Ingredients:

Milk 1 cup
Chia seeds (soaked in 1/4 cup water) 1 tsp
Red jelly 2 tbsp
Green jelly 2 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Almonds (chopped) 1 tbsp
Pistachios (chopped) 1 tbsp
Red syrup 2 tbsp
Colored vermicelli (boiled) 3 tbsp
Crushed ice as required

Method:
Blend all ingredients in a blender for few seconds and serve.

Suji ki Kheer:

INGREDIENTS:

Milk 3 cups
Semolina 3 tbsp
Sugar ¾ cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Almonds (chopped) 1 tbsp
Pistachios (chopped) 1 tbsp
Coconut 1 tbsp
Raisins 1tbsp
Clarified butter 1 tsp
Corn flour (optional) 1 tbsp

Method:
Roast semolina in clarified butter. Then add milk and cook. When it starts getting thick then add sugar, cardamom powder and cook until it gets thick. Dissolve corn flour in water and add it as well. Remove when it gets thick let it cool down and serve with nuts on top.
