Hara Masala Biryani
Ingredients:
Mutton 500 gm
Rice 500 gm
Onions (finely cut) 4 medium
Beaten yogurt ¼ cup
Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Whole green chilies 6-8
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Oil ¾ cup
Bombay biryani recipe mix 1 packet
Orange food color as required
Method:
Heat oil then add onions and fry till golden. Then add mutton, garlic, ginger, yogurt and Bombay biryani recipe mix and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add 2 to 3 cups or as required water in mutton and cook on low heat when meat gets half tender then add fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and cook. When oil comes up turn off the flame. Now in a separate pan add 12 glasses of water with 3 tbsp of salt and boil rice in it till one thread left. Then in a separate pan give layer of rice and gravy add orange food color then cook on high heat for 5 minutes then let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Emoji Fries

Ingredients:

Potatoes (peeled& boiled) 4
Corn flour 4 tbsp
All-purpose flour ¼ cup
Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
Mix all ingredients with boiled potatoes then dust flour and roll it down. Now cut round with round cutter. With fork, spoon and straws make emoji shapes and put it in freezer for some time to set. Then heat oil and deep fry them.
