Dahi kay Kabab:
Ingredients:

Hung curd 1 cup
Crumbled cheese ½ cup
Chopped onion ½ small
Chopped green chili 1
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Chopped dry fruits 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs ¼ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil for shallow frying

Method:
Except corn flour mix all ingredients. Then make kabab dust them with flour and fry them in oil.


Afghani Pulao:

Ingredients:
Boiled mutton 500 gm
Rice 500 gm
Mutton stock 3 cups
Salt to taste
Sliced onion 2
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Whole all spice 2 tbsp
Grated carrot 1
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Raisins ¼ cup
Oil ½ cup

Method:
In a pan add carrot and caramelize it with sugar. Then add raisins and cook for some time and remove. Fry mutton in oil and set aside. Now fry onion in oil till golden. Add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds and cook. Then add mutton stock, salt, rice and let it cook. Serve with mutton,carrot and raisins.
