Chicken Gilafi Kabab:
Ingredients:

Chicken mince 500 gm
Onion (chopped) 2
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Green capsicum (chopped) 2
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
Green chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Cashew nuts 1tbsp
Almonds 1tbsp
Mint (chopped) 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Saffron water ½ tsp
Bread crumbs as required

Method:
Chop onion, capsicum, tomatoes, coriander and set aside. Now chop rest of the ingredients in chopper and add as required bread crumbs then put them on skewers. Now roll them in vegetable mixture then fry and bake them.

Palak Paneer Paratha:

Ingredients:
Clarified butter for fry
Cream to garnish

For Spinach Paste:
Spinach 1-½ cups
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Green chili 1

For Dough:
Whole wheat flour 2 cups
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds ½ tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Water as required

For Stuffing:
Cheese 1 cup
Chopped green chili 1
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Dried mango powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Crushed red chilies 1tsp

Method:
First blanch spinach then grind it with ginger garlic and green chili without water. Mix all dough ingredients and knead it. Now add spinach paste and knead it again. Now mix all stuffing ingredients. Then make balls of dough and roll them down add stuffing roll down again then fry them in clarified butter. At last garnish with cream and serve.
