Korea's Immigration Contact Center offers counseling in 20 languages, interpreter service

It looks like things will get easier for foreigners here in Korea to get around town... as Korea's Immigration Contact Center strengthens its interpretation service.
The Ministry of Justice says.... the center is increasing the availability of three-way calls between a foreign resident, a translator and institutions like the National Police Agency and the National Tax Service.
The helpline,.... which can be reached by dialing 1-3-4-5,…offers services in 20 languages including English, Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
Last year, the center received one-point-seven million calls, …mostly in Chinese followed by Vietnamese and English.
