S. Korea, U.S. in close contact amid speculation over N. Korea's missile site activity

South Korea's National Secuirty Council is closely communicating with its corresponding body in the U.S. regarding North Korean issues..., especially on the apparent construction taking place at the Dongchang-ri missile launch site.
The Blue House texted the statement to the local press corps on Monday.... when asked about a possible phone conversation between President Moon's top security adviser Chung Eui-yong and his American counterpart John Bolton.
The two are expected to talk over the phone this afternoon.
This call comes after Bolton had said on Sunday.... that he planned to discuss reports of such activity in the North with his South Korean counterpart in the near future.
