I'm Jace. I'm over here in Park Slope, Brooklyn, bartending at The Fifth Estate, and I'm here to teach you how to make an Amaretto Sour. So first off we're going to take our rocks glass and chill it with ice. We'll get that going. And we're going to take our mixing glass and we're going to take an ounce and a half of almond liqueur. We happen to use Disaronno, and we'll do that. Drop that in a glass. And then we're going to take a half ounce of the next ingredient. So simple syrup, we'll take a half ounce of that. And then we're going to take a half ounce of lime juice and a half ounce of lemon juice. And then these guys right here are egg whites, so I'm going to take a half ounce of these. This is going to add a nice little touch of frothiness to the drink once we shake it. So take this, chill it with ice, and shake the hell out of it. A rocks glass and our strainer. Strain it over ice, and the garnish is going to be a fresh cut lime peel. Squeeze it over the top, and here is your Amaretto Sour.
