This is Craig over here at Mission Dolores. We're going to make a drink now a classic cocktail called the Planter's Punch. Start with a high ball and some ice. I'm going to get 2 ounces of Dark Rum, pour it right into the glass. We're going to put a quarter ounce of Grenadine, here you go, and then equal parts sour mix and pineapple juice. I'm going to stir it right in the cup, garnish it with a cherry, and voila, a Planter's Punch.
