It was just reported that Evan Fournier and Celtics talks are close to stalling, with the team unwilling to meet the asking price of $80 million over four years according to Mark Murphy.

As a result, they're only about $5 million in guaranteed salary below the projected luxury tax line of $136.6 million, according to ESPN.
