After starting his Celtics career 0 of 10 with 0 points in the worst Boston debut ever, Evan Fournier scored 23 points behind 5 threes in the fourth quarter and hit 7-of-11 from outside in the best three point shooting game of his career. Robert Williams III set Fournier up with perfect passes that allowed him to hit four straight midway through the fourth in an encouraging sign of Fournier being able to fit in a different role with the Celtics.
