S. Korea reports 970 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday; 15 more deaths

South Korea today reported 970 new cases of COVID-19, the first time there have been fewer than a thousand since Christmas Eve.
There have been fewer tests done, however, because of the holiday and the weekend.
All but 24 of the new cases were transmitted locally, and most of the local cases are in the greater Seoul area.
Fifteen more deaths were reported, raising the death toll to 808.
