South Korea reported eleven new cases of COVID-19 on Wednesday,… the fifth day in a row of fewer than 20 cases.
Total infections here now stand at ten-thousand-six-hundred-and-94.
The country also reported one more death,... bringing the death toll to two-hundred-38.
On this Wednesday, the nation's health authorities announced the basic draft of quarantine guidelines for the public to abide by in their everyday lives.
It includes designating a quarantine authority within the community and constantly checking for fevers.
More detailed guidelines will be announced later this week.
Globally,... over 2-and-a-half million people have now contracted COVID-19 with the number of deaths worldwide at some 177-thousand.
