S. Korea's GC Pharma reports first successful case of plasma therapy for COVID-19

A South Korean pharmaceutical company has reported its first successful blood plasma therapy for COVID-19.
GC Pharma says a man in his 70s was discharged after being administered with its plasma treatment at Daegu's Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital.
The patient received the treatment for around three weeks before he tested negative in mid-November.
The company says this patient had been administered with remdesivir and other drugs for over a month,... but saw no improvement.
First approved in October, GC Pharma's therapy acquired approval for 13 cases.
