Hopes for a new truce deal fade once again,.... as heavy fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan continues in the separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Kyung-eun, what's the latest?
Mok-yeon, both sides are accusing each other of violating the new ceasefire brokered by Russia, which took effect on Sunday.
Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed on the truce deal on Saturday.
But just hours later, they began exchanging attacks in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh, causing casualties for both sides.
And residents are suffering again.
"There are children dying, women, elderly people. Our guys die who are 18, 19 years old. Stop this war."
This comes a week after an earlier truce, also brokered by Russia, broke down within minutes.
The two former Soviet republics have been locked in a territorial dispute for decades over Nagorno-Karabakh, which is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan, but is controlled by ethnic Armenian forces.
