Mok-yeon, the clashes that first erupted on September 27th have raged for over a week now, and so far, have reportedly killed at least 2-hundred-20 people.
The fighting between the two former Soviet republics is the worst since 1994.
The two countries have been locked in a territorial dispute for decades over Nagorno-Karabakh, which is internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan, but is controlled by local ethnic Armenian forces.
The fighting between has mainly taken place in the region, but has been spreading further afield in recent days.
Armenia said on Saturday that it would use "all necessary means" to protect ethnic Armenians.
Azerbaijan responded by saying it would not cease military action until Armenia sets a timetable for withdrawing from Nagorno-Karabakh.
"Azerbaijan will not allow anyone to conquer Nagorno-Karabakh. Nagorno-Karabakh is Azeri territory. We must return and we will return."
Most of the international community has already called for an immediate ceasefire.
