Authorities are advising the public to refrain from unnecessary outdoor activities,...and to stay alert for any possible damage caused by the adverse weather conditions.

Torrential rain has hammered much of South Korea's central regions and the capital area,... causing casualties and substantial property damage.
At a manufacturing plant in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do Province,...three workers have been killed and one injured due to a landslide caused by heavy rain.
A tourist lodging in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi-do Province has been buried under a landslide,... causing at least three deaths with one other unaccounted for, so far.
Heavy downpours have caused losses on farms as well.
"Yesterday morning at around 7, I came out again to check. Then water started flooding in and I told workers to leave because it's dangerous. Here, 60 greenhouses have all sunk under water. 20 of them have totally collapsed."
In Seoul, a sinkhole has formed on a road in the Gangnam-gu District.
A number of homes in the capital have reported flooding,... while authorities have blocked entrances to riverbanks in most districts in the capital area.
People have also been blocked from accessing mountains due to the possibility of landslides.
"When heavy rain is expected, there is a high risk of landslides. So people living in these high-risk areas, or where structures can easily collapse, should evacuate."
Safety authorities are currently focusing on the search for those missing as well as other recovery efforts.
It is advised that people should refrain from going out or doing outdoor activities when there's heavy rain.
