North Korea claims the regime is recovering fast from the recent heavy downpours thanks to its swift recovery projects.

In a video uploaded its YouTube channel 'Echo of Truth' over the weekend, the North described the Workers' Party's relief projects for a flood-ravaged village.
North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un visited the same village earlier this month and ordered shelter and food aid for local residents.
Experts say similar propaganda will likely continue until the Workers' Party celebrates its 75th anniversary on October 10th.
