Three people were stabbed to death over the weekend at a park just outside London in what police have since labeled a "terrorist incident".
Local media reported Saturday that a man attacked people with a knife at Forbury Gardens in central Reading, injuring three others.
A witness recalled that the man shouted words they couldn't understand and suddenly started stabbing people.
Police arrested a 25-year-old Libyan man at the scene on suspicion of murder.
