Pineapple Bundt Cake Recipe | Food Celebrations

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Flour
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp castor sugar
1 can of pineapples
Cherries

Method:
Grease a cake pan. Beat three eggs till fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients. When combined, pour into the greased pan and bake at 180°C/ 350°F for 30 – 35 minutes. Take a can of pineapples and pour its juice on the cake. Beat ½ cup cream and add castor sugar till the cream thickens. Decorate the cake with the cream, pineapples and cherries.
