Homemade Banoffee Cake Recipe | Food Celebrations

Ingredients:
Eggs 3
Sugar 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1/3 cup
Cream 1 cup
Icing sugar 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Condensed milk 300 ml
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Banana slices of 3 bananas
Chocolate, Marshmallows, Cherries for decoration

Method:
Beat the eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla essence and milk. Add the flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 – 35 minutes.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar till it thickens. For the caramel toffee, take the butter add brown sugar and condensed milk. Cook till it thickens.
Cut the baked cake into two layers. Drizzle warm milk on it. Then add the caramel toffee mixture. Place sliced bananas on it. Spread the whipped cream over the bananas. Repeat with the second cake layer. Decorate with chocolate, cherries and marshmallows.
