Crispy Vegan Cocktail Balls Recipe | Food Celebrations

Ingredients:
Mixed Vegetables 2 cups
Carrots, Peas, Green beans, Corn
2 Boiled Potatoes
Boiled noodles 1 cup
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
Salt to taste
Paprika 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
For the slurry
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Corn flour
Water to form a slurry

Method:
Take the steamed vegetables, boiled potatoes and noodles. Add the onion, coriander and spices. Mash the vegetables and form balls. Make a slurry of flour and corn flour with water and dip the veg balls in the slurry. Then coat with bread crumbs. Fry till golden brown. Alternatively, they can also be baked.
