SIXTEEN sets of Rim Clean & Bent Press attempts YORK Double Faced 75lber. Man, l can remember when I first bought these l couldn't even pick them up off the ground with one hand!! Folks, simply DON'T STOP!! Just keep pecking away at it. IF you keep at it, creep along making whatever gains you can, when you can, IT WILL HAPPEN. This was HELL on the wrist as it went overhead....
