Veggie Pancakes:

Ingredients:

Mix chopped vegetable 2 cups

Plain flour 1 cup

Baking powder 2 tsp

Milk ½ cup

Yoghurt 2 tbsp

Egg 1

Grated cheese ½ cup
Oil as required

Method:
Mix flour and baking powder. Mix egg in yogurt and milk. Then mix flour and egg mixture. Add vegetables and cheese. Now heat 1 tbsp oil adds 2 to 3 tbsp mixture and cook pancakes.

Teekha Murgh:

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless cubes 750 grams
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilies 3
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves Handful

Method:
Heat oil then add nigella seeds and fennel seeds. Add onion and saute it. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato paste. Now add chicken with salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper powder, turmeric, crushed cumin and cook chicken. Add green chilies, black pepper and give tempering of curry leaves and serve.
