Sales of Japanese cars here in the nation dropped sharply in August.
According to the Trade Ministry the numbers declined around 57 percent on-year,… as Tokyo's trade curbs prompted South Koreans to boycott Japanese products.
Nissan saw the sharpest dip.
The automaker's sales were down 87 percent,… followed by Honda with at around 80 percent.
