Japanese automaker Nissan Motor will withdraw from the South Korean market by December,... amid weak sales caused by lingering anti-Japan sentiment and the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company says it will pull out the Nissan and its premium Infiniti brands due to worsening business environments at home and abroad.
The Japanese carmaker explained it will continue to provide after-sales services for South Korean owners of Nissan and Infiniti models for eight years through 2028.
