All N. Korean laborers to leave Russia by end of the year: Official

Moscow plans to ensure there are no North Korean laborers in the country by the end of this year... to abide by a UNSC resolution ordering them back to the regime by December 22nd.
Russian Ambassador to North Korea, Alexander Matsegora, reportedly said in an interview with Radio Free Asia, there are far fewer North Koreans there now... and the number of those still in the country with a working visa is less than 10-thousand.
Last December the ambassador mentioned there were around 11-thousand.
