All N. Korean laborers to leave Russia by end of the year: Official

Russia has reportedly said there won't be a single North Korean laborer in the country by the end of this year... pursuant to the UN Security Council resolution ordering them back to the North by December 22nd.
Russian Ambassador to North Korea, Alexander Matsegora, in an interview Thursday with Radio Free Asia, said there are far fewer North Koreans there now... and the number still in the country with a working visa is less than 10-thousand.
Last December the ambassador had said there were still around 11-thousand.
