South Korea and Japan have began working-level talks on Japan's trade restrictions at 2 PM this afternoon at Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Participating are two working-level officials from Seoul's Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and two from Japan's equivalent.
