N. Korea's enrichment facility at Yeongbyeon 'operating normally': S. Korea

South Korea's intelligence agency says one of North Korea's uranium enrichment facilities has been operating "as normal."
That apparently confirms speculation that although the regime had stopped testing weapons... it has kept its nuclear program going.
The National Intelligence Service told parliament's intelligence committee on Friday that the uranium enrichment facility at the Yeongbyeon nuclear complex is still being used... even though the site's 5-megawatt reactor was said to havebeen shut down since last year.
As for the North's Dongchang-ri missile site, which was dismantled in July of last year,... the NIS said Pyeongyang has almost finished restorating the missile launch pad.
Satellite pictures had shown the North restoring the site since February,... before the Hanoi summit between Kim and Trump.
