S. Korea's nuclear power plants running at their lowest operating rate in 37 years

Last year, Korea's nuclear power plants saw their utilization rate fall to 65-point-9 percent,... a 37-year record low.
Nuclear energy usage has been on a decline for the past three years... due to aging facilities and the government's nuclear-free policy.
But the Korea Energy Economics Institute is still predicting an increase in the use of nuclear power... due to less maintenance days scheduled this year and operation of more reactors such as the Shingori-3, and the Shin Hanul 1.
