Seoul will spend over 4 million U.S. dollars on projects relating to families separated by the Korean War.
The unification ministry passed a bill to spend 2-point-7 million dollars for inter-Korean video reunions.
The money will go to renovating facilities in South Korea... and buy necessary equipment like monitors and camcorders for the North.
The government will also spend 1-point-4 million dollars to conduct DNA tests of separated families to serve as records of first generation war-torn families who are in their twilight years but haven't met their loved ones yet.
