Officials from Hyundai Asan will be visiting Geumgangsan Mountain from February 8th to 9th.
The arm of Hyundai Group that invests in North Korea ran tours to the area for almost a decade.
The company announced today that about 20 of its officials will cross the border to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the firm's establishment.
The event will look back on the journey of inter-Korean economic cooperation.
Hyundai Asan was set up in 1999, a year after the tours to the North Korean mountain began.
But the project was suspended in 2008 after a South Korean tourist was shot dead near the mountain resort.
Seoul's unification ministry while approving the visit... mentioned that the trip has nothing to do with resuming the tours.
