Unification Ministry officials to visit Japan next week for N. Korea info exchange

Despite the decision to terminate the bilateral intel-sharing pact with Japan, GSOMIA, Seoul continues to exchange information on North Korea with Tokyo.
According to Seoul's Unification Ministry, four officials from the ministry will be travelling to Tokyo next week.
They'll meet their counterparts from Tokyo's foreign ministry and share updates about North Korea's recent situation and missile technology.
The Unification Ministry started such meetings with Japan, the U.S., China, and Russia in the 90s to collect data on North Korea.
