Israel destroys 'longest and deepest' guerrilla tunnel from Gaza Strip

Israel says its military has detected and destroyed what it calls the longest and deepest guerrilla tunnel to stretch from the Gaza Strip in to Israeli territory.
A military spokesman said Sunday it had been dug by the Hamas militant group since the 2014 Gaza war and stretched "several kilometers."
It is the fifth such tunnel to be destroyed in as many months.
Hamas and the Palestinian militant group Islamic Jihad used tunnels to blindside Israeli forces during the Gaza war and Israel fears new tunnels are being built to launch attacks.
