National Assembly's April extraordinary session to begin

The National Assembly's April extraordinary session gets underway today,... as lawmakers prepare to discuss a number of key issues during the month long session.
The rival parties are expected to clash over the government's proposal for a supplementary budget worth almost three-point-eight billion U.S. dollars.
Prime Minister Lee Nak-yeon will address the assembly next Monday on the matter.
In addition, a three-day consultation on the government's agenda will be held from April 10th to the 12th.
President Moon Jae-in is also expected to address the assembly on his administration's constitutional amendment bill that was handed over late last month, as the ruling and opposition parties continue to butt heads over the bill.
