National Assembly convenes August extraordinary session

The National Assembly will convene a new parliamentary session today... that will run for the next two weeks.
Rival parties will be working through a pile of urgent pending bills.... related to people's livelihoods, boosting the sluggish economy and various reforms.
They include.... easing regulations on Internet-only banks,... as well as designating the heatwave as a natural disaster, which will help the government to respond to it systematically.
A full floor meeting will be held on August 30th.... in order to vote on the bills... as well as last year's settle accounts.
During the session,... a confirmation hearing will also be held for the nominee tapped to head the National Human Rights Commission.
