This week DVB debate, the panelists discussed about the low price housing projects implementation is an only way to solve the homeless issues in Myanmar.
During the past few years, the numbers of the homeless people who are known as the sqautters in Myanmar are increasing. This is happening typically in the cities like in Yangon and Mandalay. To tackle this issue, the government started the low price housing projects since the year of 2013. Yet, the prices are still far from the people to have homes and there are also the questions to the capacity of the government.
