Salman Khan was Not Apologetic in His Reply, Says NCW

Salman Khan sent a reply to the National Commission for Women's notice on his rape analogy which had received widespread condemnation from activists and political leaders.

The NCW is however dissatisfied with the reply, saying that Khan did not seem apologetic enough for his comment.
