Five-month pregnant nurse thrashed and abused by Akali Sarpanch and son

An Akali Sarpanch and his son thrashed a five-month pregnant nurse at Gupta Hospital in Baghapurana in Punjab.
According to reports, Paramjeet Singh of Shiromani Akali Dal and his son, Gurjeet Singh, were at the hospital to get the villager Gelo discharge.
The nurse, Ramandeep Kaur, claims she asked them politely to wait at the reception after they asked for a bill.
According to the nurse’s FIR, the Sarpanch abused and threatened her, saying ‘You don’t know me. I’m an Akali Sarpanch.’
A CCTV footage of the assault was shared on social media criticising the Sarpanch’s ‘Goondagardi’.
The police have booked both the accused under sections 451, 323, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
