Dubu (tofu) is popular around the world. Known as "the cheese of Asia," dubu is high in protein, low in saturated fats and a good source of calcium as well as vitamin E. Cholesterol free, dubu also deserves to be a valuable addition to one's diet!

This episode explores Korea's dubu and dubu dishes. Benjamin travels to Gangneung in Gangwon Province to learn about the history and origin of dubu and various dubu dishes. Gangneung is known as the home of Sundubu jjigae (uncurdled dubu stew), a winter favorite.
