This is Maryam and this is the Yoga Tree Pose.

You're going to start balancing on your left leg. Take the soul of your right foot and place it to the inside of your left thigh. Once you find your balance, take your hands to your heart center. Hold here for a breath.

As you inhale, take peace sign fingers with your left hand and wrap them around with your right big toe. Once you find a hold of your big toe, start to straighten that right leg as much as you can.

Finding your balance, slight bend in that left knee, and extend that right arm back behind you, and take a twist. As you exhale, bend through that right knee, placing that right foot down, come back to standing.
