Yoga Downward Facing Dog Pose - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. This is downward facing dog. You're going to start with your feet just about hip width apart. Bringing your hands together at your heart center. As you inhale set to slowly forward fold, reaching your finger tips towards your toes. And soften those knees placing the finger tips right alongside your feet. Take a big step back with that right foot, a big step back with that left foot, and send the hips up towards the sky. Pressing through the palms and finger tips, keep the tail bone lifted, and breathe. On your last exhale take a step forward with that right foot, take a step forward with the left foot, bringing the feet hip width apart. With a slight bend in those knees, slowly roll yourself up back to standing.
