Hi, I'm Brenna, this is Heather. We're here at Bend Yoga Studio and we're now going to demonstrate what we call Dwi Pada Pitham which means Two Limbs. So moving in and out of this pose - it remains a dynamic pose, so there's a constant movement of your breath. To begin, start with your feet hip distance apart, with your arms down by your sides, in attempt to get your heels just up to your finger tips. And as Heather inhales, she's going to lift her hips up off the ground reach her arms all the way overhead behind her. And as she exhales slowly come on down, vertebra by vertebra and lower your arms down as well. And then again inhale lift up the hips, reach the arms overhead, push through the inner edges of the feet, lift the hips a little bit higher. And as you exhale slowly come on down vertebra by vertebra, lower the arms down as well. Please do that 2 more times. Now when you're done just relax. Feeling the strength and stability you just built in your hips and in your lower back.
