I'm Yvonne with Elements Diet and Fitness in Manassas, Virginia, and today Melodie and I are going to demonstrate the Hip Extension exercise on the Bosu trainer. Melodie if you would start by kneeling in the center of this trainer and bringing her way forward untill she's on off force. In a good comfortable position, back is nice and straight. As she's going to lift her leg, keep the knee at a 90 degree angle. Push the foot towards the roof as if you're stepping on the ceiling and raising the roof. She wants to so this 8 to 16 times to work the Hamstrings, Glutes, and Core. And then switch legs so that she is using the other leg and working the other hamstring. And lift. Awesome.
