A pedestrian was taken to hospital after a crash on the M4 in the early hours of Wednesday morning. The crash, which happened at around 2.15 in the morning, involved a white heavy goods vehicle a blue Kia Venga and pedestrian, who remains at the university hospital Wales, Cardiff in a critical condition.

Plans for a proposed 5-turbine wind farm in Blaenau Gwent have been put on pause until 2024. Issues with red tape involving the county council, Welsh government, the developers and Planning Environment Decisions Wales means more information on the plans are needed before the next stage can begin.
